REFUND & CANCELLATION

1. Returns window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, innerwear and any item marked "Final Sale" at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. How to start a return
Email care@huethreads.in with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm pickup or drop-off instructions within 2 business days.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email once it's processed.
5. Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead? Mention that when you request your return and we'll prioritize the swap, subject to stock availability.
6. Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they've shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard returns process above.
7. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
